A walking group sounds like a great way to meet new people and socialize while getting your steps in - enjoy!

Yeah Karen, the walking group is part of the activities with the newcomers group here in St Catharines. I joined as soon as I moved here and have made some great friends. We are 95% retired people so of course other than a few of us they are all 65+, but I really enjoy the people. Especially the active ones.

Have a great day!

Walking group!! That's great!! Is it pole-walking? A physiotherapist in my area has pole-walking groups. Great exercise!

Carb and sugar cravings are gone just in time for DH to come home for a week and then I have to cook carbs every night for him, let's see how much willpower I have in me to avoid them for the next 7 days.

B  Protein shake

S  Protein Shake

L  4 oz butter garlic shrimp, sliced tomatoes

S  bacon and brussel sprout frittata

D  4 oz butter garlic shrimp, asparagus

S  1/2 can tuna, a few saltines, if needed

1058 cals 40 grams carbs 44 grams fat 126 grams protein ( includes everything written down but not sure I'll need the tuna)
