When to expect first round of appts after orientation?

I also am going through HRRH!!!  I was in the orientation with Kimber's cousin!  Just had my appointment with the Surgeon (Sohi) on Friday.... and got my blood drawn (YUCK 10 vials is a lot of blood for someone who doesn't do needles very well!!!)......  I waited a good 9-12 weeks to hear anything about my appointments after the Orientation date (and we were told about 4-6 at Orientation!).....  MY appointments with the RN/SW/Dietician are scheduled for March....Dr. Glazer is scheduled for July, but they told me to call them back closer to the date I go in in March and they will see if there are any cancellations for that day!!!! 

On the plus side, I've lost weight since my initial referral into the system, so my BMI is down to 40.6 from 43!!!  I'm happy about that..... Changes are already starting!!!!

I am through TWH. My orientation was on Jan 9/15 and I have all of my appointments except the surgeon ones already.

Hi Mellybelly007, it does appear that TWH has a much quicker process - not sure why it happens that way in the same city we're all funneled into and then directed to a few hospitals in the same general area. Best of luck to you :)
