Has changed my life. Seriously....

Stuff is amazing - fills you up, keeps you regular, and kicks perimenopause's ass! You have to count the calories, but benefits far outweigh costs.

Just thought I would share.

I have thought about getting some. I've seen it at the Bulk Barn.  How much do you use? And when?  Nutritional content??? TIA

I generally put 2 tbsp in my yogurt or protein shake.
