Starting my OPTI today

I'm on day 8 of Opti, and I have to admit, the first 4 days were a real struggle. Since then, it has been smooth sailing. Much like yourself, I'm stuck to liquids and suger free jello.
I find the colder the better, blend with ice when you can and keep your eye on the prize!!!

Thank you Softballqueen , i prefer colder also, i havent had jello yet but i will be getting some, do you feel shaky or dizzy at all ??
I did the first few days. It is a drastic adjustment on the system and took some getting used to.
I was tired, dizzy, cold, and in a complete fog for day one and two. The next couple days I was more alert and back to normal, just starving. Day 5 I heard angels sing as I finally felt back to "normal."
GET THE JELLO!! It's a game changer. I'm having 3 or 4 of the little cups a day in addition to the PC Organics Chicken Broth, it definitely helps get through the day.
8 days - down 15lbs...kinda nuts

Im so glad you messaged me back , i thought there was something wrong with how i was feeling with the dizziness , i will definitely get some jello... its only day 2 for me but i will take all the advise i can get .Thanks again.
I think I did have a couple of incidents of dizziness early on in the process but once your body adjusts to the change it is fine. Keep drinking to ensure you're well hydrated. One tip is to check out the baking aisle at the grocery store for various flavourings for the Opti. I used almond, coconut, rum, maple etc and all made it a bit more interesting. I also used my Magic Bullit whenever possible with lots of ice.
I think you'll do just fine...just remember this is temporary! Good luck!
oh yeah that reminded me i have a baby bullet , i can do the flavoring thing , i used to bake alot so have them sitting in the cupboard.
Thanks to everyone *****plied and helped me out, i do feel a lot better today, my bf and i went and got some things that i can drink and eat , but i feel better in my head to , if you know what i mean . Im in a better headspace , lol time to go .
I started mine Monday as was struggling with the taste until I started putting peppermint extract in it and now it is so easy to drink them. I`m still only getting 2-3 per day in but it is so much easier to get through now. Don`t look at it as 3 weeks just take it 1 day at a time, I find it easier than thinking about now many days I have left or how many packets are left it feel a little daunting when I do it that way but that could just be me. :-) You can do it :-)
