What are you eating/doing today (Family Day Monday)

If the shakes don't make you full then why not drink half before each meal since it will go right through then you can eat 15 minutes later and you will get more calories each day by drinking or maybe instead of always drinking water, if that is what you are drinking, drink something with calories like milk.  If you can't eat more then I'd be drinking some calories for now.
