What are you eating/doing today? (Saturday)
Good morning everyone, hope you are all keeping warm. Looks like more snow today here in Ottawa so will be shoveling this afternoon. It is not too bad now that I have lost quite a bit of weight, much easier than last year. Yay, another nsv eh? Heading to the gym in a little bit for an hour of cardio and weights, going to do the dry sauna and possibly the massage chair after my workout. I am now 2 pounds away from 100 pounds lost since I was referred in August 2013! I can almost taste it!

Good morning everyone. Your menu looks yummy Zizzler.
Today I have to return the bathing suit I ordered online. A very well known store substituted a cheaper swimsuit for the one I ordered and still charged me the higher price ($22.60 more) it is going back today. Will also pick up a non slip mat for the shower, anyone know a good place to buy these, and various other errands. Tonight DH will go to our favourite restaurant and listen to music, DH will have a drink, then it's on to another favourite restaurant for our Valentine's dinner (we could only get a 9:45 reservation) This restaurant is a tapas restaurant and the last time I was there I had large shrimp sauteed with garlic, tomatoes, and mushrooms, very good. Looking forward to a romantic night out.

Hi everyone,
The last few weeks have been difficult for my family as my MIL is in critical care in hospital. She has COPD and pneumonia and is on a ventilator. On Tuesday, she went into cardiac arrest but thank God they were able to bring her back. I'm so grateful for this surgery because at this stage I can't eat my stress away the way I would have tried to do in the past. I need to remember that not eating is a good response when dealing with stress in the future.
