Good morning everyone. Libra enjoy you girls gone wild at the Hyatt, and order room service because that's what wild girls would do.
Today it's physio homework and then a friend is coming to take me to a doctor's appointment. I have persuaded her to take me for lunch (I'm buying) and then to Costco. It will be good for me to stretch my legs there and I give me and the walker a good run. Not sure about tonight, DH and I may or may not be going out, it depends on if our friends are up for a night out.

Good morning all. My husband decided he did not want to stand waiting for a bus in this cold so drove to work. He brought me downtown first. What luxury. He also said he will pick me up. Again no standing waiting for transit. Yeah!
I work on one of our web pages. I use it for my home page. It is down today and our systems person is as usual no where in sight
I have my bathing suit with me. Can't decide if I am crazy to go swimming or not. Pools warm but just walking there and back will be cold. If I do not swim I will adjust my menu.
Home tonight to stay warm. My husband bought steak. I do not think he will be barbaqueing
b greek yogurt, granola
s banana, peanut butter
l beef barley soup, yogurt
d steak, salad
s wine
Good morning all,
Got up early to come downtown and meet my personal trainer. I've never had one before, and I think it will be a good addition to my training. Maybe a little more muscle under the loose skin? ;-)
My aunt had a triple bypass surgery yesterday. Healthy as a horse, eats clean, exercises, but genetics sometimes pushes through. She is not doing well, so my mom is coming to town and i'm unsure what the dinner plans are.
I had dinner for breakfast today. Mini meatloaf cupcake and avocado...heh, lunch is ground beef sauce on spaghetti squash. I ate a banana before my training session and will have a protein date ball before spin class.
Stay warm all!!
