Good morning.

I slept until the alarm went off at 6, so that's happy news! Did my first set of hill training at the Running Room clinic last night...feeling it today. Ow!

Spin class at lunch, shake out those legs!

My heater stopped working in my van....not great!!!!

B: well, when I started typing this I planned to run out and get eggs (forgot to bring my hard-boiled eggs from home) after our meeting to have with my avocado (been really enjoying this meal), but our meeting ran an hour late, and I ended up eating one of my mini meatloaf muffins just now LOL (10:19) Too hungry to run out and get food

S: banana and almond butter before spin

L: other mini meatloaf and roasted chickpeas

S: mixed nuts

D: unknown :-( I will be running around with van repairs, and taking kiddos to synchro. I will probably have rotisserie chicken from loblaws, no skin and veggies

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

SB Queen I found that changing the flavours that I added to the Optifast made it a little less boring during the day.  Vanilla was not my favourite, but I added Crystal Light and  it was tolerable (raspberry I think) I added coffee crystals and sometimes unsweetened cocoa to the chocolate.  Like you said "eye on the prize"

Hi All, 1.5 years out

I'm always good at tracking my own menu's but sometimes I just don't get the chance to get on here. I am really hungry today, I am a calorie restrictor so I am trying not to do that so much.

1 Large Coffee, 1 Decaf (milk and sweetener
B: Karmaffin gluten free, high protein muffin (not sure if they sell them in Ontario)
Snack: Activia Yogurt, hot protein shake (tastes like hot chocolate!)
L: Natural Selections Lunchbox (aka 'healthy' lunchable)
S: Three bean salad
D: Going to Kananaskis (Alberta) for dinner so not sure (had surgery with Dr. Hong in Hamilton)

Rest day for training, have a good one.
Chelsea
