Good morning everyone.  Iluvlemon a protein coffee is either a protein shake coffee flavoured like Syntrax usually cold, or a coffee with a Vanilla ready to drink protein shake added, or unflavoured protein powder (I use the Bulk Barn one) with water, instant coffee crystals and for me cream and sweetener, this one I have cold.

Good day yesterday, I was planning on brisket for dinner but DH brought home salmon sashimi (even better).  Today physio is coming so it will be work on stairs, web surfing and maybe Netflix.

I LOVE going to the dentist.  For one thing he is drop dead gorgeous (we're talking GQ people) he is an absolute sweetheart.  He sends his patients inspirational poems that he finds.  All of his kids, grandkids, and his wife look like they stepped out of a Vogue page, so cute.  His daughter made the front page of the newspaper when she was about 4 because she got her hand caught in a bubblegum machine and the firemen were called to get it out.  Large picture of her with blond ringlets and a big tear in her eye.  My dentist proudly displayed it in his waiting room.  Oh and he's also an excellent dentist, never any pain, wants everyone to feel good about their smile.

I actually don't mind going either, to be honest, as Ive never had to have anything major (or painful) done. My dentist commented that I have a small mouth, which is freakin hilarious considering its ME. My comment back - You would be surprised what I can fit in there.

Had a hard time getting going this morning. Really did not want to get out of my pj's and face the day. Came into to work to find an e-mail that set me off. Lots of work today for a conference next week that is really being hard to get people to make decisions on. I really need to finalise the catering but still do not even have numbers.

Not looking forward to walking the dog tonight in the cold. It may be a short one.
