I have arrived and it's beautiful.
I am 6 months and 3 weeks post-op and this morning I entered onederland. The scale read 199.0. The last time I had a 1 in front of my weight was about 30 years ago. Over the holidays I was struggling with a sweet tooth and snacking too much, but I have been low carbing it for a week and the scale finally moved. This tool we are given, and our hard work to use it properly is what we need to get a new lease on life.
I want to stay in onederland it is beautiful.
