Desperate......dry mouth and bad breath, day 7 Opti

Please, anyone have any suggestions??? It's really bad today.

Does the dry mouth get better after Opti? How about bad breath?

I'm doing ok, don't mind the Opti but my mouth is like sandpaper

with your 4 opti shakes you should drink another 2l of water - that will help with the dry mouth.

The bad breath is a side effect of being in ketosis. So it means your in a fat burning state. I used scope mouth spray and brushed frequently.

I am drinking water and Mio.......but man, it's rough especially if you sleep!!!!

Good idea, I'll try scope mouth spray.....I hope it goes away!!!

I had surgery a little over a week ago. ... I'm steal dealing with the bad breath..... lots of teeth brushing. Lol

I had actually been wondering about it... the cause and when it might go away! I've never had such horrible breath before.

I found chewing sugar free gum helped with breath and dry mouth. I also really enjoyed variety of flavours. Hope that helps
