I sure didn't, and I still don't really know what it is....my kitchen skillz still need work. LOL
Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
I only know what it is because of my deep affection for the Food Network. LOL

Good morning all. Was unble to get into the Mindful webinar yesterday. They enrolled too many people. I did lissen to the tape after. I really enjoyed it. Great Mindful Eating class last night at TWH.
I increased my lengths yesterday. This on top of the shoveling of snow has left my shoulders quite sore.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.
Work, home, gym, nothing special today. I am reading "the joy of living" by Rinpoche, interesting read about the science of happiness.

Good morning everyone. Looks beautiful outside today, the sun is shining and there is a very fine light snowfall so it looks like it's snowing sparkles as the rays of sunlight catches it.
Today it's physio homework, some web surfing, I have to write an email that is of some importance, so I have to write a couple of drafts before I send it. DH has promised to take me out for coffee when he gets home from work.
6 months post-op
B. Lots of decaf coffee with cream and sweetener
S. Protein coffee
L. Turkey breast with a little gravy
S. Another protein coffee
D. Brisket with a little gravy, mashed cauliflower with cheese and chives.
S. 3 mini Eggface egg bites with feta, artichoke, sundried tomatoes, and mushrooms in them (I forgot I had these in the freezer)

work, work, work, then home to relax, have been thinking about dusting off the tread machine....since I had a few too many treats during the holidays...that continued into the New Year but for now I have cut out the treats.
6 years post -op
6: 30 a,m. Breakfast (1) slice raisin toast
8:00 a.m. Starbucks skinny cinnamon dule with a scoop of protein
9:00 1 small banana and a 1/2 c of greek yogurt
10:30 for got my protein bar so I will have instant oatmeal with 1 tsp brown sugar
1:00 - lunch probably a chicken breast unless I got to Boston Pizza (haven't been there since last summer)
3:00 an orange and a couple of SF candies
6:00 p.m. supper (no clue) as DH is laid off and cooks, last night it was stir fried pork with noodles (served seperate)
prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss.
