Where was everyone?

Decided to attend the Tuesday night Cambridge coffee club, a support group for people considering, pre or post op.  I arrived at 625 for the 630 meeting, but no one was there and no one every showed up.  Hmmmm.... some things are just not meant to be I guess lol

I must have missed the notice about that gathering. I plan to attend the one at the church in Hespeler later this month. Hope to see you there!

Hi there W8-No-More.  The monthly meeting is on the 38th I believe?  There are also coffee clubs which, from what I have been told, are more casual gatherings.  According to the calendar on the Waterloo Wellington bariatric website they are supposed to be Tuesday night at 630 at Cambridge Center and Fairview park mall on Wednesdays and I think another day at Williams on fairway road.  If you are interested in going to that kind of venue, I could look up the actual days.  I called the lady in charge of the monthly group and she said they are usually there on the nights I cited. 

The formal meeting is next Sunday...there was a notice posted on this forum but if you missed it I can give you details. I have a contact for the Williams Coffee Pub group but I didn't know about the Fairview mall group. Not sure which is going to work best for me so will have to try a couple I guess. Right now I'm still on full fluids for just over another week but when I start eating regular food I will want lots of suggestions and direction. Thanks! Kim
