LOL. You sound like my mom. I run with a group, and we all yell, "ICE!" to the people behind us for warning. Then we slow down over it. It's the night time running that gets tricky!

It takes me about 2 km to warm up, then it's pretty good.

You are crazy and I LOVE IT!!!!
Good for you!!!  An "inspiration" seems to be such a small word for what your posts do for me.
My goal in all of this, has been to run.  I can't wait to run....and never stop!

I see the possibilities are endless, but until I'm in those running shoes, it seems surreal.

Keep going!!!

I can't stop!!

Get in  your shoes as soon as you can. I hated it at first, and only really tried at goal weight, but once I started, I couldn't stop. It is so freeing to be able to move your body in ways you never could. I do remember liking running before puberty, when boobs and thighs didn't slow me down :-)
