Enjoy your last dinner on the beach. This is no time to be coming home. Icy streets today. More snow coming Wednesday and deep freeze this weekend. My DH is like living with a weather man. He loves to let me know what to look forward to

Dinner on the beach watching the sunset would be heaven.  Remind me again, why are you coming back to this cold weather Barb?

Karen I have really been having fun rearranging the order of your activities.  This is the level that I've sunk to being cooped up at home.

Yesterday was BORING, didn't go out, jus****ched TV and surfed the web.

Today it's physio homework a little web surfing and I have talked DH into taking me to his work meeting tonight.  I will sit and have coffee and try to be quiet, lol.  Anything to get out of this house.

Hi Everyone,

Didn't post this weekend but I was a good girl.

Today is insane at work and then I have an assessment at the Eating Disorder clinic to see if I actually have an ED...it would be anorexia if anything but, I try to be as self-aware as possible. Tonight I am training for my half-marathon.

Menu:
Coffee x 2 with skim and sweetener
Breakfast: 1 egg with 30 grams of LF cheese (I will always weigh)
Snack: Activia yogurt with low fat granola (1/4 cup)
Lunch: 3 oz chicken breast w/ slice of avocado
Snack: Decaf Venti Skinny Mocha
Dinner: 3 oz chicken breast (leftovers) with 1/2 cup salad with 30 grams of LF cheese

After my run:
Snack: Protein shake (Promasil), roasted apple (half) with stevia and cinnamon (may not if I am lazy lol)

Cals: 979, P:114, C:63, F: 35 -> this is low so I may adjust if I feel like I need it.

Have a wonderful day!
