Good morning Karen. Sometimes I'm so tired I don't get the pajamas part before the bed part!
Nice and sore today. I did A light run Saturday, followed by Body Pump and then yoga...and snow shovelling and yesterday I ventured out in the -18 with windchill, ice pellets in my face weather for a 19k run. Followed by laundry and lazy time in my footy pajamas, more snow shovelling and two dinners (made two, so I didn't have to cook tonight).
Yoga today
b: two hard boiled eggs mixed with avocado and lime juice
l: spaghetti squash and ground turkey and prosciutto sauce
s: Banana and almond butter
d: chicken breast and sweet kale salad (minus the dressing...boo) I have been using bruschetta in lieu of salad dressing :)
s: handful of almonds
Have a great Monday all!

Well, to be honest pajamas usually = big fuzzy robe, no pajamas involved. LOL
Sounds like you're back on track with your fitness - I'll bet you're feeling great about that! :)

I feel much better when I can exercise. A not-moving Kelly is a sad Kelly. :-) It is most-definitely my therapy.
