Congratulations on your success.  You were a little ahead of me in the process and I remember following your journey.  You should be very proud of yourself.  You have done an amazing job.

I'm sorry for the sudden loss of your friend...it breaks my heart when I hear of someone dying by suicide...the pain he must have felt that this was his only solution. Hugs.

On a cheerier note, congrats on amazing progress! You look incredible! Keep up the great work!

What a great post. It is so nice to hear about the positive aspects of WLS. Going into surgery, I am feeding off of these positives and your message is definitely one. Congratulations on your accomplishment and best wishes for continued success.
