surgery in Feb 2nd and feeling positive and completely thrilled that I made it thru. 

Staff and stay at TWH was amazing, hats off to the best nurses Christian and Jojo!

Thank you ladies.  All I can say is we are so blessed to have the opportunity to have this surgery.  It's a turning point in our lives for a healthy lifestyle.  All I can say is blessed. 

I would like to add that when I arrived in my room after surgery...I had negative nelly with me. She had surgery 4 years ago and gained most her weight back. As she volunteered her story, I realized that excuses were just pouring into her story telling. At that point, I tuned out and made this my experience!

Take that negativity and experience and use it as motivation  You got this! 

Congratulations and welcome to the bench.  It is definitely a choice we all must make each day to continue being honest with ourselves about food and owning our own successes and messes, but it sounds like you have an awesome attitude.  Best to you
