Thank you everyone, it means a lot.

I have always been active, even at my heaviest; however, I really starting lifting heavy about a year ago. I have done a massive amount of research on biochemistry so this helps me navigate where I should be at.

Awesome Job!!!!!!!!! Keep it up.

Question:  so you weren't stuck with the batty arms and flabby legs, did lifting weights help firm up the loose skin?

Thank you,

I have been fortunate enough to always have muscular legs but my arms have some loose skin and lifting weights does help a lot. Not a total solution but I have noticed a HUGE difference in those who lift and those who don't after surgery. Same with back and stomach, however stomach is much harder. I would love a tummy tuck but I do not have an apron.
