Weight Loss Stall at 4 Months?

Exactly four months ago yesterday I had my surgery. I've lost 72 lbs so far, but nothing in the last week. Have others experienced this? I'm eating about 1000 calories, but have been for about a month now.

thanks!

One week with no loss is not what I would consider a "stall" by any means. 4 weeks? Maybe. One? Nope. You're going to go through all sorts of pauses and stalls throughout the weight loss phase. You've done extremely well having lost 72 pounds already. Just keep doing what you're doing.

I have had many many weeks where I have lost nothing…Then some where I have lost a lb a day. Its really hard to predict, and I just think all of our bodies are so unique. My longest stall was 3.5 weeks, just keep your head up, and know if you're following the plan, it will come off! Good luck :)
