What are you eating/doing today? (Monday)

Morning all :)

Off to work this morning and judging from how exhausted I was at the end of the day yesterday, that may be about it for today. LOL My food/eating was completely uninspired yesterday and I'm feeling somewhat the same today, nothing appeals. Winter blahs. Also, I've noticed something interesting about my eating - I'm not a big fruit eater for a couple of reasons (carbs and sugar mostly) but lately I've been including some grapes and a clementine into my menu and low and behold, I'm having sugar/carb cravings. So that's the end of that then.

8.5 years post-op

- coffee with cream x 3 over the day -

B - Premier protein shake

S - plain Greek yogurt, sugar-free homemade cranberries mixed in, sprinkle of toasted almonds on top

L - (sigh - this is the best I could come up with lol) 4 melba toast topped with sliced pickles and tuna salad, 1/2 cup sweet kale salad

S - muffin-sized crustless quiche

D - bowl of chili with some old cheddar on top

S - not sure yet

Have a wonderful Wednesday!

K. :)

I hope so too, Tanya - likely just an adjustment period to being back to work full-time and it will pass and get easier. :)

You have a great day too!

Hi Pat,

I'm going to be at TWH for my CBT, so I was going to go to the support group tonight. Could you remind me where and at what time it begins.

Thank you!
