Can't believe it's my one year check up already.....
I will be 1 year post op on February 11th. But my year check up is tomorrow at Humber@ 8 and 9 then at Dr Kleins office at 11:15. This year has just flown by so fast....it's crazy!
I love my new pouch...it has given me a new lease on life I never imagined. My bmi has dropped almost 20. I have lost 97 pounds...and reached goal. Which I have NEVER accomplished in the past....not even remotely close. I have went from a size 18/20 to a 2/4 depending on the pants. I can wear cute boots that actually zip up over my calves and jeans. I feel more confidence then I ever have in my life.

Keep strong and remember how proud that you are of yourself right now....you've done it and you can keep doing it. Lifetime commitments are always the hardest but you can do it.

Congratulations! What an amazing year you've had! You must be so thrilled at having cute boots that zip over calves and jeans! It's a pretty incredible accomplishment and you should be extremely proud of all your hard work.
