Jump Rope! I am so blessed to have had this surgery!

I am 9.5 months post op and love that so often now, I can find new things to enjoy that I could not do before.

I was tidying a closet and found a jump rope and decided to give it a try....I love it and am thrilled that I can add this into my workout. Something so simple made me so happy....

I used to hate jumping or running, as I had a bigger chest before surgery (and neck pain), but having lost so much weight no more pain .  Jumping rope is so much fun and I think it is a change in my exercise routine that is fun - trying to get to 100 or 200 before stopping the rope.

I am reminded again that I am so blessed to have had this operation.......

AWESOME!!!
Good for you.  I absolutely love hearing stories like this.

It's amazing how much "skinny" folks take for granted.  I saw someone cross-country skiing on Monday after the snowfall and I thought...I'd love to be able to do that.

Can't wait to start experiencing these NSVs too!!

Keep the updates coming :)

Love your NSV.  Keep challenging yourself on that jump rope.  You never know how high you can go.

That's awesome!

Speaking of skipping, I would love to try double dutch again - I did it when I was a kid. We should have an OH skip-a-thon.
