Today's commute was worse than yesterday's..boo and getting a bit more snow! I hope they get everything cleared before that!
6K tempo run tonight (that should be interesting in the snow)

D: chicken thighs and sweet potato mash
S: I will probably have a banana and almond butter before my run.

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
DH's day off. We drove in. Took forever!. Probably would have been faster on transit. My son has still not told me why he is home. Doesn't want to talk about it. I hope he can work it out.
