Good morning,
I hope everyone is dug out of the snow! I am off to work this morning and then the gym afterwards.
B protein coffee, 1/2 c ff cottage cheese, 1/2 sm orange
S1 source greek yogurt, tea
L 1 med ground turkey cabbage roll
D same as lunch, 1/2 c kale salad
S 4 oz skim milk
be well everyone
Tanya
Good morning :)
Yes, finally dug out of the snow - my gawd we got a lot! The plow still hasn't done my street and the private plow company that does our parking lot in the complex didn't come until 1 PM yesterday. This was likely good as with the sheer amount of snow and the blowing and drifting, had completely snowed my car in and it took a couple of hours to dig out (and I am sore today!). I. hate. winter.
Off to work this morning, have a couple of errands to run after, not sure what else. Have a good day at work, Tanya. :)

- coffee with cream x 3 over the day -
B - Premier protein shake (chocolate - only a few of the chocolate left, don't want to waste them but damn, I really like the vanilla more)
S - plain Greek yogurt with homemade SF cranberries mixed in sprinkled with Energy Blend, clementine
L - baby spinach, 2 oz ham, 1 oz feta, 3 grape tomatoes, sprinkle of almonds and sunflower seeds, poppy seed dressing; 3 rice crackers
S - Premier protein shake (vanilla), handful of grapes (maybe, not sure about the grapes)
D - beef stew
S - not sure yet, likely just tea with a little milk
Have a good one,
K. :)

Cranberry sauce in yogurt is a great idea! I have a bag of them in my freezer that I need to use up. I will use sucralose to sweeten them. Thank you!
It really is yummy, especially since I'm not fond of "sweet" - the tartness of both the yogurt and the cranberries is delightful. ;)

Good morning everyone. Beautiful day out there. Barb good luck in the tournament. As I recall the last tournament you were in was with an injured foot, and you didn't do too badly, so you should do much better this time.
Today is physio homework, and then a trip to see my GP. I am so excited about going out of the house. I have been cooped up for 3 1/2 weeks and I want the sun on my face. I will try to talk DH into taking me somewhere after the doc's appointment. Maybe for a nice coffee, or if it's late enough, maybe for Swiss Chalet chicken (don't judge me, I've had a craving) with Greek salad. It all depends on what kind of mood he is in, he may just say, no let's go straight home for dinner. I hate being dependent on others.
