We all read horoscopes and whether you believe in them or not. But I have never seen Food Horoscope before. Since we are all so food focused I thought you might enjoy this.

Nope...there's none that are ok to eat. Just say no to mac and cheese. Especially since it was your "comfy" food prior to surgery. Find new, healthier, comfy foods. Find way to comfort yourself without food. It's a long process, but you'll get there!
Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

That is pretty funny. Mine is accurate, as i'm trying new thing, being paleo and all. Avocado is my main ingredient, and I have added spice to my meals (made buffalo chicken soup.....so spicy!!)
I won't make banana cream pie, or quesedillas, but the rest is good for me!
