Good morning everyone. Barb I hope you enjoy your golf today, Tanya enjoy your day off. Pat sorry you had a bad night's sleep, I forsee a nap for you this afternoon. Is your Fitbit the kind that attaches to your bra, or the kind that you wear on your wrist. For the bra kind you could keep it near where you get changed and for the wrist kind you could keep it in your coat pocket, or also where you get changed. I think everyone should spend at least one night in the spare bedroom to see just how uncomfortable your guests are on that bed.
Today it's physio homework, go down and up the flight of stairs once. DH is going to make Cajun shrimp tonight. It's a little high in fat, but low in carbs and totally delicious. Basically it's shrimp baked in a sauce of olive oil, butter (equal parts) rosemary, a little lemon, white wine, and lots of black pepper. I will have a very small piece of rosemary foccacia to sop up the sauce.

Woke up with a stuffed up nose, hope it goes away, do not want to get sick. Got the driveway done yesterday afternoon, then I had to come in to warm up. Could not bear to go outside into the cold again to do the walkway and backyard, so I will be doing that this afternoon when it will be a balmy high of -21 degrees! Almost like summer eh? lol Anyhow, getting in another 30 minutes of vigorous physical activity in the cold, should be good. Also plan to sort through my clothing, need to confirm what I have that fits.

Hey NewMe! So glad to hear that you like them ! How have you been eating them? Lately I like them with a little peanut butter and nsa jam, rolled up.
I have been making them pretty often too, I buy a carton of egg whites and then make up a larger batch, like 5 or 6. I stack them up on a plate when they are cooked, cover them in the fridge, then just eat them as needed over the next 4 days. They keep well for that time period and are so versatile. Have you tried adding other stuff like herbs to the batter? I have not yet but keep thinking I should experiment. I think on the sweet side a little nutmeg or cinnamon would we good, for savoury maybe Italian seasoning or onion powder. Have you tried making the wraps into a little quesadilla with plain greek yogurt on the side? Holy cow, its really good, and super filling too, I can only eat maybe a third of this quesadilla at a time.
