Oh that sweet number on the scale
I don't know why I decided to hop on the scale this morning. I don't weigh myself alot. But the number looking back at me was my personal/original goal of 145.
I am quite happy with this. I know my GP said I should get down to a normal BMI but I am elated to get this far. Celebrating now with some greek yogurt and banana. *well I eat this everyday but it is something I love*
