Morning
Golfing this morning - out to dinner this evening. Feels good to be organized re food again.
STEPS - 9460
EATS
B - 2 large mugs of coffee
4 oz leftover baked chicken
S - 1/2 cup of strawberries
1/2 protein bar
L - Greens with grilled chicken - no dressing
S - Greek yogurt with 1 TB of granola
D - Sea bass with an Asian type glaze - 5 oz
small piece of hot sourdough
couple of bites of my DH's Caesar salad
small glass of wine

Well I guess I am going to be shoveling snow around my house today, so will get my exercise that way whether I like it or not lol. Should take me about an hour or so, I like to pace myself, it is hard work. It is freaking cold this morning here, -32 with the windchill, so I am waiting until this aft to do the snow. This morning my goal is to find a top or sweater that I like that fits me at a reasonable price. I have 3 consignment stores in mind that I will be visiting, as I have not found anything I like at the retail stores. Maybe I will get lucky, we shall see. Other than that just relaxing and some housework. My soup bin is full so I will dump that in the crockpot and let it simmer for a day for broth. It also serves as aromatherapy as it makes the house smell yummy and cozy.

b - experimental homemade chocolate protein pudding made with guar gum. It was actually supposed to just be a shake, but I put too much guar gum in, so it turned out a pudding. It is ok, not sure I love the consistency, but it is edible. Ah well, you can't win them all eh?
s - xl coffee with milk, a low carb pancake as I need to use up my eggs, sf maple syrup, a little margarine
l - I will be out and about so just a premier protein bar for on the go
s - herbal tea, handful sunflower seeds
d - tilapia and kale in an alfredo-tomato sauce (another experiment that is ok but I am not crazy about, needs something)
s - protein pudding from this morning or handful of almonds or pumpkin seeds if I prefer that
All vits and water.

Good morning Barb, Everyone seems to be late today like me. I need to get my butt in gear. Off shortly for a walk. Then usual grocery shopping and some cooking. Out of granola,

Good morning everyone. It certainly looks dreary outside here. Yesterday my DH brought home BBQ brisket from a place we have never ordered from before. Last night I had a bad stomach ache and it is still sore this morning. No foamies, or dumping, just an ache. My new walker was delivered yesterday, and it is snazzy (a term for us old fogies). The problem is that I can't walk far in the few rooms that I am allowed to stay in (everything else requires stairs - not allowed). Today I will have DH supervise me going down the stairs (this is my physio homework) and then he will bring my new walker down after me. I also have a snazzy new 4 legged cane for stairs, because this chick won't settle for your one legged cane.

B. decaf coffee with Atkins Vanilla Shake added for creamer
S. Greek yogurt
L. Smokehouse Chili (from that same BBQ place)
S. more decaf coffee and a protein bar
D. Hunan shrimp and broccoli (the last of the leftovers)
