So today I am "Normal"

So I had my surgery in Oct 2013, I have weighed myself today and I am at 148, which means, by medical standard, I am considered "normal" for my height. I have worked really hard and this was my "goal". So where to now? Lifetime members...advice please! LOL

My main overall is to maintain a healthy weight, but what else do I need? I have hit some great NSV (work a bikini and rocked it...that with major help from body pump class..tightened things up! I now am the proud owner of those insane lululemon pants LOL)

Thanks in advance!

What a huge accomplishment - congratulations!

Where to now? Well, you said you want to maintain a healthy weight. As your body heads into maintenance you will have to figure out (trial and error, unfortunately) what that means for you. Your food intake is the most important part of this - everything comes down to what/how much you're eating from now on. For life.

Amazing results for your hard work.  Lululemon, seriously?  I know people that are socalled normal weight and can't rock those.  You  rule girl.  Enjoy.  The marathon of maintenance has just begun.

Congratulations. As Karen said trial and error. The calories you need will change the further out you are. Keep tracking and you will do great. Good luck in maintenance. Unfortunately this is when the real work begins.
