Fitbit!
Congrats on getting the Fitbit Flex; I have one too and I love it! It syncs with My Fitness Pal too to coordinate calories, sleep, etc. Fantastic little tool. I went with the Flex because it's waterproof (while the new Fit*****arge is not).
You're making some great changes! Great work! One of my favourite snacks is roasted chickpeas. OMG they're like crack to me! Soooo good. Once I learned how to make them and do a good job, I can sit and snack on those and be quite comfortable. Yummy!
The way you're going, those 50 lbs that you hope to start with will be just the beginning. Keep up the great work!

Thank you everyone for the support! I really appreciate it! I am still eating better, I was eating between 1000-1200 cal a day, however found I would be really hungry at night, so I now eat between 1200-1500 cal a day and I feel a lot better. It is still a lot better than I was eating, I was likely eating around 5000 cal a day before. I am also still doing the laps in my apartment from one side of the apartment to the other. I am bad for wearing my Fitbit I find, I forget to put it on, I should really just leave it on. I did break down this week after a week of not eating any junk or sweets and had a sweet. I was so mad at myself, but I keep telling myself that I was doing a lot worse before eating sweets and junk everyday. I also before would before end up breaking down and eating a sweet for example and then giving up on my eating plan, but this time I was determined not to let it cause me to fail.
