Yesterday got away from me, yearly physical at GP, did blood work last week for her. Everything is good except my VIT D...was at 54. that was with taking 4000 unit of D a day. We have upped that to 6000 units a day with repeat blood work in 3 months. She says iron was alittle high but not concerned. Over all good check up.

L ground turkey tomato sauce with zuchinni noodles...soo yummy!

I found the iron test can be compromised if the lab is not careful. I had a high reading and had it redone at another lab and it was normal. Hope that is all it is.
Great steps. Sometimes the fitbit makes me feel I should get moving more. Yesterday I only had 7477 steps. I have to remind myself it doesn't include the 22 lengths I swam.
My meals today after lunch are up in the air. I am picking my DH up from work and we are heading off to Rama to see the band America. I bought him the tickets for Christmas. We will be staying in Orillia so restaurant food. Dh was looking at the Rama restaurants. The two he mentioned were buffets. A real waste of money for me. Depends on what they charge. If it is reasonable I will give in for him. I will not post again until Monday.

The restaurants are great at Rama! The sports bar has some great fish!! I hate fish but I eat theirs! They have great caeser salad too!! mmmmm, and their soup is real good. they are reasonably priced too.
The buffets are usually really packed anyways, like an hr wait sometimes! brutal!

I got a fitbit now too!! I am amazed how many steps I get in every day!! Yesterday, I got 13,114 and that was a low day for me!
Today we are going for a rip on the snowmobiles, should be a great ride
B- egg, bacon, homefries
L- out, not sure where we will end up
D- I planned chicken and baked taters for tonight (I take my leftovers to work the next day. Yep, I have to work tomorrow, bumped up all my clients cuz I am going to Georgia next week)
Snacks- I will take a protein bar with me, easy to keep in a pocket and we will have water with us, not sure what else.
It's kin of last min for me to go today, hubby's dad was supposed to come up but he isn't now. hubby seemed a little down about that so I said I would go.
All vitamins in thru the day!!

S - I usually grab a handful of mixed nuts to tie me over
D - I'm thinking I may make some broiled salmon and basmati rice for supper.

Not too much on the go today other than groceries and house *stuff* (I hope). Yesterday was the first Friday that I've thought, "Oh thank gawd" lol. Tanya, like Pat my blood work has been skewed due to sitting too long, shaken too much, etc etc etc and was completely normal when taken again. Hopefully that's all it was for you. Pat, have a great time at Rama - if you don't post on Monday we'll know you hit it big and we'll look for your post from a tropical island. ;) Leanne and Tabs - so great to see you both doing well.

B - Premier protein shake
S - Greek yogurt, a few melon chunks
L - small whole wheat tortilla stuffed with tuna salad, (probably 2/3 of it), cucumber slices
S - Chike protein iced coffee, rest of lunch
D - 4 oz BBQ chicken, lemon-basil green beans & mushrooms
S - not sure yet!

On the rare occasion I go, I bring a small "set amount" (in cash, no going to the ATM) and when/if it's gone, it's gone!

Good morning everyone. Today is yet another day that I feel stronger. Physio today will be focusing on stairs. Yesterday I did 4 stairs, it took a long time, but we're not in a race.
Pat have fun at the casino. Tanya you're sweet to think if me. Karen enjoy your well deserved Saturday off.
