I’ve had a busy weekend … yoga course all day Sat. & Sun … and I just finished my report cards. I thought I might as well get this done while I’m still on the computer. Have a great day!

B- Oatmeal, cinnamon and ground flax, flat white coffee
Snack-Premier Protein Shake
L-Cottage cheese and SF ketchup
Snack-Greek Yogurt
D-Extra lean meatballs and tomatoes
Snack- Greek Yogurt
Cal-740, Carbs-42, Fat-19 Protein-100, Sugar-11Chol-94

Morning
Working out with my trainer this morning - followed by some meetings. Out to a party tonight with food stations - I know they always have a big turkey to carve up so I am set for eats.
STEPS - 10360
EATS
B - 2 large mugs of coffee
Premier protein shake
L - 5 oz chicken kiev
S - Greek yogurt with 1 TB of granola
D - 5 oz turkey breast
1 TB of cranberries
1 TB of gravy
1/2 cup of whatever veg is served
1 bloody mary with olives
MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are: Calories - 1,004, Carbs - 48 Grams, Fat - 30 Grams, Protein - 105 Grams

Libra, I hope you enjoyed your course over the weekend and congrats on getting those cumbersome report cards done!
Off to work this morning and will be working 'til 3 PM all this week and I am sincerely hoping it doesn't knock me on my butt! I'm seeing some early nights this week. lol Have a couple of errands to run after work, not sure what else. I had a wonderful start to my day as I woke up to find a little love note taped to my coffee maker :)

L - spinach salad, 2 oz deli roasted turkey, Tbsp. goat cheese, poppy seed dressing
S - crustless quiche (muffin-sized)
D - 1 cabbage roll
S - not sure yet, likely just tea

God morning all. Libra congrats on the report cards. They sounded awful.
I am kind of excited to be starting the Mindful eating course at TWH tonight. I know realistically it is up to me to just eat better but any tools I can get can only help.
I have swimming at lunch today. I think I will ease up on the kicking. It seems to be irritating my lower back. I am going to walk to TWH. There is a Winners on the way. It tends to only carry really high end but I will see if they have some sales. I was given a Winners card for Christmas. I might see what they have in watches. I just lost mine.
Since I am going out after work I have packed my lunch and dinner.
Today is considered Blue Monday. When winter finally gets everyone. I did some whining over the weekend and actually don't feel that bad. LOL
