Morning all :)
My gawd, the alarm seemed early this morning - I really need to make a better effort to get to bed earlier. I have the best intentions but get a little "second wind" around 8 PM and get doing crap and instantly it's after 10. lol Off to work 'til 3, have to stop in to set up my parents' new modem ( ), and pick up the prescriptions I wasn't able to get yesterday when the power went out in the store - trying to shop and make my way out of the store in the complete dark was quite hilarious.
I hope everyone is feeling well today - CC, I'm thinking of you!

- coffee with cream x 3 over the day -
B - Premier protein shake (vanilla)
S - Greek yogurt, a few melon chunks (cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon)
L - the spinach salad and roasted turkey I didn't eat for lunch yesterday (I took too much food to work yesterday - oops), poppy seed dressing
D - the last leftover cabbage roll
S - likely just tea

Good morning everyone!
The boilers were broken yesterday so no heat. The kids were wearing their hats and coats all day. I'm still trying to warm up. Hopefully that will be fixed today...brrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I sincerely hope it's fixed too - pretty chilly out there this morning! I'm such a baby with the cold - I would have been absolutely miserable all. day. long. no joke. lol

Same thing happened at my husband's workplace yesterday! They ended up coming home at noon as a result. Guess you can't do that at a school...hope it's fixed for you today!

What is this "flat white coffee" you speak of?
I'm happy to report that the heat finally came on an hour ago. Flat white coffee is made from a double shot of espresso, combined with some steamed milk and a thin layer of micro-foam...it is addictive.Second cup started the trend here and now in starbucks.I love it because its a throw back to what I grew up with as part of my morning breakfast.

Good morning!
6k run at the Running Room tonight. There's a guru marathoner (ran at Boston a few times) talking tonight so I'm looking forward to that. And I have to finish my PowerPoint presentation for tomorrow night's talk at TWH. This makes me nervous!
I made avocado devilled eggs and they are yummy (although, not they aren't a fun light green anymore, but really dark grey (36 hours later). Lol so that's in the menu!

s: 1/2 banana and almond butter
l: chicken breast and mixed greens
S: other 1/2 banana and almond butter
d: spaghetti squash with ground pork sauce
coffee x 2, water, vits, stretching (I'm bad at this, so I add it to my to-do list here).

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
