orientation appt. moved

Just got letter today from HRRH changing my orientation from Jan 26 to Feb 20, I have booked day off from work a month ago, read and got pumped!!

and now they changing!!! I'm disappointed, should I call? See what's up? 

I don't think it could hurt to call and ask them why.  I have heard of people getting more than one package so maybe that is what happened.  On a side note.  When you do go make sure you go to the right location.  My package and I know others as well have two different locations referenced.  The appointment letter has the Finch address and the map that is referenced as attached on the appointment letter takes you to the Keele Street address.  When I went for my orientation I ended up at the wrong place as did others and I know that there were other orientation sessions that also has this in their packages at well.  Mine was held at the Finch address so you may also want to keep that in mind and maybe confirm that with them too.  Not sure if they have fixed this discrepancy with their information.  Good Luck.

I just wanted to let you know that I received 3 dates for my orientation.  I attended one on Dec. 1/14 and then received another package in the mail that stated my orientation was in Jan.  My Dr. office called me and stated they had received a letter stating that my orientation is in Feb.  Just call HRRH and let them know about the dates..

Hi thanks for responding!! I called and I can still go jan 26 , she said they had overbooked and had to move a few patients, but I could still come,   so happy!!! I had seen a few post saying how friendly and helpful the reception is, you gals are correct!!!
