B - protein shake blended with 1/2 c frozen "super fruit" blend

S - 150g Skotidakis Greek yogurt

L - 2 slices ham, 2 slices Swiss cheese

S - 1/4 P28 flatbread, 1 tbsp P28 spread

D - 2 slices ham, 2 slices swiss cheese

S - 100g carrot (raw)

 

Totals:  952 cal, 31g fat, 62g carb, 13g fiber, 33g sugar, 113g protein
