CC, I hope you have a better day today and find some relief. I'm worried about you! Just eat whatever you can off the tray, now isn't the time to stress over numbers. xo
Off to work 'til 2 - I am thoroughly enjoying going back to my job and the gradual return has been smooth and personally rewarding. Forcing myself to take breaks is a challenge that I'm working on but overall it's been pretty stress-free. Going to Costco this afternoon to pick up VANILLA Premier protein shakes (OMG, about time they got them in), some house stuff to do, took out a tray of cabbage rolls from the freezer that I made a couple of months ago so I will have one for dinner, need to go to bed earlier tonight - easier said than done.

- coffee with cream x 3 over the morning -
B - Premier protein shake
S - Greek yogurt, handful of almonds, a few grapes
L - chili, old cheddar, 2 melba toast
S - Chike protein iced coffee
D - 1 cabbage roll (I find these very filling due to the rice inside)
S - likely just tea or coffee

You would have to call and ask. In the numerous emails I sent them I asked about the general GTA as I am willing to travel to get them (I am on chocolate Premier overload lol). Use the product number they provided (I listed it in my Premier post above). :)

Good morning all. Went to eastend coffee and managed to go to the wrong restaurant. So dumb. No wonder no one was there. Having bad eating days too often right now. I know part of it is being tired and sore but I need to get it under control. I must do a meditation tape tonight just to get a little centered. I start Mindful Eating next week. It can't come too soon.

I have an 8k run today, and i'm so sleepy. 2nd coffee is on it's way.
I had a rough night last night. I didn't get to have the dinner I hoped to have, as we were running around trying to get kids to their activities (including Ross and his son's information night for high school....HIGH SCHOOL!!!), so I had bites of pasta with meat sauce, and then for some reason I accepted my daughter's offer of her gingerbread house. It wasn't big, but it came right back up in two sessions. Boo.
And this morning the alarm didn't go off (I don't remember turning it off) and I was late out the door, without any food. I have to buy it all. Lucky for me I have plenty nearby.
I do have goat yogurt and queen street bread. The rest of my day is a mystery.
Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
