Morning all,
Got up at 5:30 to run 10k (on the dreadmill....boo). But it Felt great. I continue to have no swelling, so I continue to train. Lucky me. LOL
Pre-rum: 2 slices Ryvita and laughing cow
B: Grape skin and white bean bread and peanut butter (Queen Street Bakery seems to be back!) and goat yogurt
L: spaghetti squash with ground pork in tomato and veggie sauce
S: Ryvita and Peanut butter
D: not too sure. i'm putting in numbers for a chicken stir fry.

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
