What are you eating/doing today? (Monday)
Breakfast was a banana\strawberry smoothie made with vanilla soy milk, body fortress protein powder, and vanilla greek yogurt
Lunch, cucumber, cauliflower, carrots, and green peppers with a light garlic dip and chicken with a balsamic dip
Supper: baked chicken and potatoes
I just got my notice that my orientation papers are in the mail, so Im trying to slowly change my eating habits.. before it woudl have been a donut or muffin for breakfast, some sort of microwavable meal for lunch, and deep fried french fries with my supper
Great idea to post pre-op to get in the habit of tracking your food and exercise. I did the same, one change at a time so as not to feel overwhelmed.
