Hi

I am on day 9 and have 12 days left.  The first three to four days before you go into ketosis are rough but then you adjust to it.  I still find I have an afternoon crash and some trouble focusing but it will be worth it!  I just keep thinking this is the beginning...

Thanks Chrissy and MummaBear,

I'm sure it will get better. Just feeling a little whiney!

I am on day 2 of Opti for 3 weeks.  I love both flavors and find them filing and thats all I have all day.  I add lots of ice cubes so its a thick milkshake.  I add tangerine orange to the vanilla and it's like orange creamcile.

I'm on day 11 of 14 and I found that it definitely got better.  The first 2 days were the toughest.  The 3rd day was a transition day and by the 4th day I was fine.  I went to the gym, walking etc.  I didn't notice any loss of energy.  I actually think I had more.

I love all my Optifast concoctions.  Especially the chocolate and banana flavor ones and the vanilla with tangerine/grapefruit Crystal Light.

Hang in there.  It'll get better.  Keep your eye on the goal.
