Yes, I definitely wasn't ready to return to work.
I ask because although I told my clients I would be away for a month I keep thinking that maybe that's overkill. So many people I've read went back to work in mere days or a week. But then I wonder if they wished they'd had more time to get used to all the changes and to rest up.
Thanks for letting me know.
Good luck with your first day back, Franny! Be sure to bring a bottle of water with you so you stay hydrated - sip, sip, sip! I'm sure at 9 weeks post-op you've got your eating worked out - make sure you take your breaks to eat and refuel.

we are back to work buddies, Today is my first day back (1 month post op). I hope its going well for you. I tell ya, it was a pleasant surprise how light my bag was for the long walk from the car with such a small lunch/snacks. I have been taking walking breaks and did some stairs over lunch, lots of sipping water. my real issue is that my clothes are starting to not fit and I don't want to replace them just to replace them again in a month or 2, my office appropriate options are running low. I will have to cave and get something.
