RNY  5 Years 8 Months Post Op

Morning

Taking down all my Christmas Decor this morning as I am heading north in a few days for New Years.  I like coming home to a clean house in January. 

Eats will be identical to yesterday.  I feel so much better eating properly.

STEPS - 5700

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of coffee

     Premier protein shake

 

L - 4 oz roasted turkey

     2 TB of splenda cranberries

 

S - 2 oz roasted turkey

 

D - 5 oz turkey

     1/2 cup of turnip

      1/2 cup of mashed potatoes

     1/3 cup of gravy

     2 TB of splenda cranberries

    few bites of stuffing

 

S - Source dessert yogurt

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above are :  Calories - 859,  Carbs - 84 Grams,  Fat - 22 Grams,  Protein - 98 Grams

 

All water and vits - more decaf coffee

We are keeping everything up this year until the 3rd. My kids are coming for their birthday. My sons GF has a daughter and we still have gifts under the tree for her.

Enjoy your time north. I hear some areas actually have some snow.

Off soon for a dog walk. Then running some errands. Usual Saturday. Found my fitbit. I did under 7000 steps yesterday. Need to kick it up a bit today

Good morning Everyone.  Will be hitting the gym this morning then making sandwiches at our local homeless shelter for a few hours this afternoon. Stuff like that makes me feel good so it is always a win-win.   

4.5 months post-op

s - xl decaf coffee, half a simply bar lemon coconut

l - leftover lentils and onions

s - handful of almonds

d - leftover lentil and onion

s - decaf orange pekoe, sf protein cookie

all vits and water

B&S-I am finding that my morning shake is my snack because it is taking so long to get through!

L-1/3c egg salad

S-1/3 c SF tapioca

D-1/3c 3 cheese spinach & artichoke dip at Swiss Chalet.  I let the DH eat the chips LOL
