At what point will I feel this full feeling? I have not had that yet. I don' t feel hunger either. Also, I am week 5 and consuming 500 to 550 calories per day. Does that sound right? I forgot to ask at my one month meeting last week about calorie expectation now.

You sound pretty typical.   You may get the full and hunger sensations by 2 months, 5 months or never. It's really hard to say. Most of us do by 6 months but I hear on occasion of people who say that they never feel hungry ever.

I call this point "your superpower".  When you don't feel hunger and feel like "I can take it or leave it" it is absolutely wonderful.  Food no longer controls you and you are now eating to live rather than living to eat. I honestly would pay for that..so use your time well to say no to the junk food and get off the most weight while you can and the losing is good!!

You can bump up your calories more to 600-800.

Great. Thanks for your response. I will say it is a great feeling to not feel hungry. I will definitely take advantage of this.

For me it didn't happen until about 5 weeks post op. And boy, I felt full off nothing! Like one tablespoon. It totally shifted once I left the puréed stage.
