Vitamins
I am 4 months out and this what I do:
with my protein shake in the morning: multivitamin(iron), d, b12
midmorning or lunch: calcium/d
Before bed: calcium/d, d, omega(flax, borage oil, fish oil) capsule
Ask your centre what would be best for you, which vitamins and what format and dosage we need varies from person to person. I have used the chewables, films, drops, liquids, as well as the pills, all have advantages and disadvantages. For me pill form is the most practical, with chewables a close second. I try to keep it as simple as possible, same routine each day. Hope that helps.
