First Month Weight Loss

Waaay more than I could have imagined (I'm counting weight loss from when I started Optifast).  Holy Moley - can't believe you can lost that much in a month!  Makes it all worthwhile, just that....

You left us in suspense... Curious minds are wondering how much you lost? Lol

That's awesome! Wasn't sure if the ticker had started right before surgery or before Han, some people like myself start the ticker basically on e they start the journey.

I started the ticker when I started Optifast. :)

I was very upset with my one month weight loss.. Since starting opti until Nov 19th, I lost 42 lbs. I am so upset with myself. I thought I had lost more.

I've even given up weighing myself.
