Are the protein shakes giving anyone else nausea?   The thought of another having another.  Ughhhh. Also getting mild cramps after drinking it. So sick of them already and it's only been 3 and a half weeks.

I can only tolerate 2. Premier protein ready made that I get at costco or whey ISO burst from GNC. I was having shakes daily for breakfast for 2 years before surgery so it was an easy habit for me to continue post op. I'm 11 months post op, have 2 shakes a day & never suffered from any hairloss (knock on wood)

I may try the GNC one you suggested. It's the Costco premier that I  Have been using. Unfortunately, they only had one flavour, chocolate.  I am sick of them.  I may try another and try to mix it up a bit. Thanks for your reply.
