It's iced coffee though, not tea. And it has caffeine - many centres say no to caffeine so you'll have to check with yours.

Another day of doing very little. I too got my Christmas cards done yesterday. Just need to get some stamps and mail them. I will have to venture out this afternoon to get my last gel shot for my knee. I really screwed that knee when I fell on Saturday. It is just starting to feel better today and I have hardly walked on it all week.
If I told my DH I had to do this he would leave me the car but he works late tonight and it takes forever for him to get home. I will leave early and take my time.

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
Yeah, it was a long drive in this morning - and a long drive home at lunch. lol

Robin! I was just thinking about you! Your surgery date is the 15th, isn't it?? You must be so excited. And I'm jealous of your California weather! Be sure to post and let us know how you're doing once you're "on the bench" with us!
