6 weeks

Hi all it's been a while I just wanted u al to know that everything is going great with me, it's has been 6 weeks and I have lost a total of 45lb since opti fast and I feel wonderful.

That is great Franny!  Where did you have your surgery!!  Did you have chocolate opti, vanilla opti or both?  xo

Hi dreamy I had my surgery at Humber, and I did have both opti.
