Anyone in the Owen Sound, Collingwood, Meaford area?

Curious to know if there is anyone around my way who is either in pre or post op and interested in meeting.  I can't seem to find any local support groups (or they're hiding very very well).

Hi , I live in Owen Sound. I had my surgery on Sep 24, 2014. I haven't been able to find anyone in the area either. I had the gastric sleeve and have lost a total of 54 pounds. Where are you from? I would love to get together.

I  live in Collingwood, there has just been a support group started, we've met 3 times, very informal.  There is no meeting for December but I will post the next one when I have more information.  So far we've really just had fun, taught each other a few things and commiserated together.  We are planning a nutrition coach speaking at some point.  We have newbies, mediumbes, and oldies.

That sounds Great!! The meetings are in Collingwood? The witer drive could be tricky, bu tif the weather is good I'm coming. Please keep me posted when the next one is.
