Good morning all. Feeling a little better. No passing out just a crappy cold with fever now. I put cream on my knees the last two nights. I know it is asprin based but I figure for two nights it won't do much damage. It has really helped settle the knees down. Just my bad one is slow now. I am going to try to see my doctor today.

b greek yogurt, raspberries

l cottage cheese, tomato sauce, yogurt

s cherries

d chicken, kale salad

s not sure

cal 790, carb 99 prot 83

Cal are low but I am not moving much so not burning them

Just playing catch up here Pat. My worst RH moments (if that is what happened) is always when i'm shopping. All stress, good or bad, effects me. Shopping is always good stress for me, and i'm constantly nibbling and even then can start getting shaky. It's very bizarre. Also, it's worse when i'm sick. Maybe you need to get it checked out?

Please take care of your crappy cold.

1 week post-op

B-vits and 8 oz chocolate protein shake that too****il 10:30

300mls of water

L-30ml of strained pea soup, 30 ml yogurt

Snack- 8 oz of protein shake

S-30ml of strained mushroom soup; 30ml SF ice cream

More water as TV watching happens.

Hey there, just wondering where you get sf ice cream? All I see at my store is no sugar added, not sugar free.  Thanks!
